Reeverb Entertainment exists so your event sounds right, looks right, and runs on time.
Who we are
We're a production crew based in Farmington, Utah, 25 minutes north of Salt Lake City. Sound, lighting, staging, video, silent disco, and the gear rental counter that keeps half the DJs in the valley running.
We run about 60 or more events a year on purpose. Enough to stay sharp, few enough that the team quoting your event is the same team running it.
The company motto has been on the wall from the start: It's More Than An Event, It's Memories.
Credibility
The work we can show, and the work we can't
You'll find our installs at Montage Deer Valley, the Salt Palace Convention Center, Grand America, Weber State, the University of Utah, Snowbasin, Olympic Park, and the Utah State Capitol.
Some of our biggest work you won't find anywhere, because we signed paper saying so. Well-known families and companies hire us partly because we keep NDAs without drama.
A logo wall is easy. Being trusted with events that can never appear on one is the better credential. Ask us what we can't tell you.
How we run
- We try to be an open book and stay as transparent as we can. We hear the stories: “We didn’t change the scope of work but the invoice tripled this year.” With us, once you have the quote, as long as the scope of work doesn’t change, neither will the invoice.
- We provide a certificate of insurance and a W-9 upon request, along with vendor paperwork ready for hotels, universities, and municipalities
- Both parties sign a contract
- You get a team, not just a person: a lean company that runs on SOPs and takes notes on every video and phone call

Where are you based and where do you work?
Farmington, Utah, serving Salt Lake City, the Wasatch Front, Park City, and Kamas as home turf, with destination production in Moab, Zion country, Bear Lake, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Why don't you show more client names?
Because a lot of our clients sign NDAs, and we keep them. We'd rather lose the logo wall than the trust. The venues we name are venues, and the work under NDA stays that way.

Your quote list
Estimated gear total: published rates
Quantity is how many pieces of gear, not how many days. The overnight and weekend rates each cover the whole rental period. This list rides along with your message. This total is for gear only and does not include sales tax. Delivery, setup, and a tech to run your event are quoted separately.

So you know: we are usually quick to respond, with most answers coming within 90 minutes during our office hours, Monday through Thursday, 9am to 4pm. We are at events often and those can delay a response.
