  • Corporate AV packages start at $2,500 (up to 100 guests), $6,000 (Signature, 50 to 100 guests), $12,000 (productions over 300 guests), and $25,000 (2-day conference: main room with stage, sound, and screens plus two breakout rooms with sound, projector, and screen).
  • Silent disco: headphones are $9.50 each under 100, $7.50 at 100, $6.50 at 250 and $5.50 at 500, with the tier applied to every headphone. A DJ is $850 and $650 for each one after, to a maximum of three channels. Transmitters: three channels maximum, each booked DJ brings their own, one complimentary transmitter at 75 headphones or more when no DJ is booked, $40 each after that. Delivery is included with a DJ inside an hour of Farmington, otherwise customer pickup or $500 round trip. Packaged kits are Silent Disco | 50 Headphones + 2 Transmitters at $475 overnight and $665 weekend, 100 Headphones + 2 Transmitters at $750 and $1,050, 250 Headphones + 3 Transmitters at $1,625 and $2,275, and 500 Headphones + 3 Transmitters at $2,750 and $3,850. Fleet of 750 LED headphones, the largest in Utah.

Policies and proof

  • Liability insurance is carried. The certificate of insurance states the current limits and is provided the same day on request, along with a W-9.
  • Booking requires a signed agreement and a booking fee. Balance is due 14 days before the event.
  • Rental minimum for individuals is $200. Cables and extension cords are included with rentals. Rental pickup is 8am to 1pm on event day; return by 1pm the next day. After-hours pickup or drop-off is available for $80 per pickup or drop-off.
  • Renters that are DJs or companies with orders over $1,000 must provide an additional insured certificate.
  • Renters must be 25 or older to take on the rental liability. Schools book through faculty or the district with purchase orders.
  • Venues where Reeverb Entertainment has produced events include Montage Deer Valley, the Salt Palace Convention Center, Grand America, Weber State University, the University of Utah, Snowbasin, Utah Olympic Park, Hill Aerospace Museum, and the Utah State Capitol.
