Destinations

Where the venue is the view.

Moab, Zion country, Bear Lake, and Jackson Hole. A lot of the best venues in the Mountain West do not come with any production on site, so we bring ours to them.

The pattern behind every great destination venue

Desert resorts, ranch barns, glamping properties, and mountain lawns all have one thing in common, which is that almost none of them keep sound, lighting, or staging on site.

That is by design.

These places are built around the setting and they expect outside vendors to bring production with them. That is the part we are set up for. Most of what we bring has a battery option, and quotes come flat with the travel written out as its own line.

How destination production works with us

You send us the venue and the date. We scout it by phone, photos, and whoever we can reach at the venue, then map out power, access, and a weather plan before we put a number on it.

The quote comes back as one number covering gear, crew, travel, and setup. Because our rental rates are published, you can check the gear side of that math yourself, which is not something most companies out here let you do.

On the day, the crew shows up early, dressed for the room, and carrying more spares than a local job would need, since the nearest replacement is usually hours away.

Places we serve

Moab & the red rock

Desert venues, ranch resorts, and glamping properties around Arches and Canyonlands. Most of the work here comes down to off grid power and rigs that hold up in afternoon wind.

Zion & southern Utah

Desert resorts and canyon country venues where the gear needs to be quiet, out of sight, and running on its own power. Discretion is expected down here and NDAs are common.

Bear Lake & the north

Lakeside events, family celebrations, and corporate retreats. It is close enough that we can set up the same day, but remote enough that everything still has to come with us.

Questions we get often

How do travel fees work for destination events?

You get one flat quote with travel listed as its own line. The gear is priced at our published rental rates so you can check that part yourself, and there are no per mile charges added afterward.

Can you produce events where there is no power at all?

Yes, and it comes up often. Battery powered PA and lighting handle most remote sites, and quiet generators cover the larger productions. We plan power before quoting rather than sorting it out at load-in.

Do you work with venue and planner teams?

Always. Destination events run through planners and venue ops, and we slot into that: certificates of insurance same day, site walks by video, and a team that runs on SOPs and takes notes on every call, from quote to load-out.

What events travel best?

Corporate retreats, brand activations, executive offsites, and milestone parties. Silent disco travels particularly well, since it takes noise limits off the table at venues where neighbors or wilderness rules are a factor.
