The concept

How it works

1. Grab a pair

Every guest gets fully charged wireless headphones at the door, adjustable to any head size.

2. Pick a channel

A switch flips between up to three music channels. Each one is either one of our DJs or your own audio plugged in. The headphones glow red, green, or blue to match, so you can see what everyone's dancing to.

3. Control your night

Everyone sets their own volume. Don't like this song? Switch DJs. The room stays quiet, and the party doesn't.

Why silent disco

Sound ordinances, hotel curfews, and shared venues end most parties early.

Not this one.

Silent disco means no noise complaints, no shutdown at 10pm, and no fighting the room next door. Hotels, rooftops, offices, and neighborhoods all work.

It's also just fun to watch: a room full of people singing along to three different songs.

Pricing

Packages and pricing

Headphones are priced per unit and the rate drops as the count goes up. Under 100 is $9.50 each, 100 or more is $7.50, 250 or more is $6.50, and 500 or more is $5.50. The tier applies to every headphone, not just the ones past the line.

Build it above and you'll see the real number, not an estimate. A DJ is $850, and $650 for each one after that. You get three channels total, split between our DJs and your own inputs however you like.

Need 300, 500, or all 750? Same rate card, and we're the only provider in Utah that can field 750 headphones without borrowing someone else's. Builds that size also come with charging management and an on-site tech.

Transmitters are what put a channel on the air, and three is the ceiling on the hardware. Every DJ you book brings their own. If you are running your own audio instead, the first transmitter is free at 75 headphones or more, and any after that are $40 each.

DJs for your channels are available, or bring your own. Any audio source with a line out can feed a transmitter.

Questions we get often

How much does silent disco rental cost in Utah?

Headphones are $9.50 each under 100, $7.50 at 100 or more, $6.50 at 250, and $5.50 at 500. The tier applies to every headphone. A DJ is $850, and $650 for each one after. The calculator on this page gives you the real number for your count.

How many headphones do you have?

750 pairs, all owned in-house, all LED three-channel. That is the ceiling on the calculator because it is the real ceiling on the shelf. We're the only provider in the state that can cover an event that size without sub-renting.

Is silent disco only for dance parties?

No. The same system runs conference translation, multi-track presentations, headphone cinema nights, and yoga classes. Three channels means three simultaneous programs in one room.

Do the headphones work outdoors?

Yes. Transmitters cover large outdoor areas, and battery power means no cabling. Silent disco is how outdoor venues with strict sound rules keep dancing past curfew.

Can we change the headphone colors?

Each of the three channels has its own color: red, green, or blue. Guests see at a glance which channel everyone is on, which becomes half the fun.

Do you deliver silent disco?

If you book a DJ with it, delivery inside an hour of Farmington is included. Without a DJ you can pick up at our Farmington warehouse yourself, or we deliver and pick it back up for $500 round trip.

How many transmitters do we get?

Three channels is the hardware ceiling, and each DJ you book comes with their own transmitter attached. If you are plugging in your own audio, the first transmitter is complimentary at 75 headphones or more, and each one after that is $40. The calculator on this page counts them for you.
