Talent & Booking

Talent buying, production, and promotion under one roof.

DJ talent buying and talent management. We book and manage DJs, magicians, comedians, and bands for your event, backed by our own sound, lighting, and staging. We supply DJ talent to one of the largest event companies in the world. We can't say which one, and that's exactly the point.

One point of contact

Why organizations book through us

City recreation departments, county fairs, libraries, universities, and corporate programs come to us for the same reason more than any other. They would rather manage one relationship than six.

Tell us what the event needs and we bring the talent. You get one point of contact who knows the whole program, one contract covering everyone on the bill, and one invoice at the end. You are not setting up a new vendor in your system every time the entertainment changes, or chasing separate agreements, or fielding a call from a performer who does not know where to park.

If the act changes, or you add a second stage, or the date moves, you make one call.

One contact

The person who quotes your event is the person who answers the phone on event day.

One contract

Every performer on the bill sits on a single agreement with Reeverb Entertainment.

One invoice

One thing to approve and pay, however many acts are on the program.

DJ booking

Who books DJs through us

  • Cities and counties booking a park concert, a fair, or a community celebration. We match the act to the energy of the event, and the billing and the certificate of insurance come from us, so nobody on your side is collecting paperwork from individual performers.
  • Venues, bars, and restaurants that want a consistent weekly or monthly night without managing freelancers.
  • Corporate planners who need a DJ who reads a room full of executives, not just a playlist.
  • Brands and agencies running activations, store openings, and pop-ups along the Wasatch Front.
  • Festivals and community events that need multiple DJs, stages, and changeovers to run on time, down to the minute.

The DJs we put in front of you are open format and have run real rooms, so they read a crowd instead of playing a list. Most agencies book a name and leave the rest to you. Ours turn up backed by our own PA, lighting, and booths if you want them, and if a DJ goes down sick we cover the slot.

Every booking is quoted per date and format. Tell us the room, the crowd, and the hours, and we'll send a DJ recommendation with a full quote, gear included, usually the same day.

Variety and supporting talent

Magicians, comedians, and bands

Not every program wants a DJ. We book the rest of the bill too: magicians and close-up performers, comedians, live bands, and the supporting acts that round out a night.

Tell us the event and the budget, and we come back with the act. From there the contract, the advancing, and the run of show all sit with us, so the performer turns up knowing where to be and what happens when. You deal with us instead of six separate performers.

Because the sound, lighting, and staging are ours, whatever we book arrives to a stage already set up for it. A comedian gets a microphone that will not feed back over a crowd. A band gets monitors and enough inputs. A magician gets the lighting angle that makes the close-up work from the third row.

Tell us the room

Headcount, the age of the crowd, the hours, and what the event is for. That is enough for us to come back with names.

A fee before you commit

You see the act and the number together. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

One agreement

However many acts end up on the bill, they land on a single contract with us.

Why the big rooms trust us

The client we can't name

Reeverb Entertainment is the DJ talent supplier for one of the largest event companies in the world. The contract comes with an NDA, so you won't see their logo here, and that's the level of discretion every client gets. When a global events organization needs DJs who show up vetted, insured, on time, and rider-ready, they call us. So can you.

Managed end to end

Booking, contracting, advancing, and payment all run through one office. You never chase a freelancer.

Talent buying

Need a specific sound, a specific look, or a headliner for a program? Tell us and we come back with options and a number.

Full discretion

NDAs, white-label staffing, and house-brand representation are standard practice here, not a special request.

Event promotion

We also throw our own parties

Reeverb Entertainment produces and promotes its own events: silent disco nights, club takeovers, community dances, and seasonal parties. Because the sound, lighting, staging, and 750 silent disco headphones are ours, we can build events other promoters can't touch at the same budget.

For venues

Have a slow night? We bring the format, the talent, the production, and the promotion. You bring the room and the bar.

For sponsors

Get your brand in front of a packed crowd, with stage mentions, signage, and activation space built into the night.

For partners

Ticketed splits, flat buyouts, or co-promotes. We keep the deal simple and the settlement clean.

Questions we get often

Do you really supply DJs for major organizations?

Yes. Reeverb Entertainment is the DJ talent supplier for one of the largest event companies in the world, under a nondisclosure agreement that keeps their name off this page. Discretion is part of the service at every level.

Do you book more than DJs?

Yes. Magicians, comedians, live bands, and supporting acts. Tell us the event and the budget and we come back with the act, on the same contract and the same invoice as everything else we do for you.

We are a city or government agency. How does the contracting work?

You contract with Reeverb Entertainment rather than with each performer. Everyone on the bill sits on one agreement and you get one invoice, so there is no separate vendor to set up every time the entertainment changes.

What does a magician, comedian, or band cost?

It depends entirely on the act, so there is no rate card for variety talent. Tell us the date, the room, and roughly what you have to spend, and we will come back with options that fit.

What is talent buying and talent management?

Talent buying means we book the performers on your behalf, so entertainment is one line on your budget instead of a search. Talent management is everything after that: the contract, advancing the details, insurance paperwork, payment, and the run of show all sit with our office. You deal with one accountable company instead of individual freelancers.

How does DJ booking through Reeverb work?

Send the date, venue, hours, and the vibe you want. We come back with a DJ and a quote, with sound and lighting included if you need it, all on one agreement. You get one invoice and a whole team behind the date.

What does it cost to book a DJ?

Rates depend on the format: a recurring bar night prices differently than a one-off corporate party with full production. Every quote is itemized, and our gear rates are already published on the rentals page, so the production side has no mystery markup.

Do you book DJs for weddings?

Wedding entertainment runs through our sister brands, and we're happy to point you the right direction. This side of the business is built for cities, venues, corporate events, brand activations, and nightlife.

Can you run a recurring night at our venue?

Yes, that's the sweet spot. Weekly and monthly residencies get consistent talent, consistent sound, and a single monthly invoice. If the night needs promotion help, we can co-promote it.

What kinds of events do you promote?

Silent disco nights, club takeovers, community dances, and seasonal parties across the Wasatch Front and Utah's destination towns. If you have a venue or a brand that fits, pitch us.
